ADCC Estonian Open 2022 will take place 16.04.2022 in Arigato, (Rannamõisa tee 3), Tallinn. For more information please see adccestonia.eu. Competition starts 12.00am. For the spectators the doors open half hour before competition and is free for everyone.

Takeaway for myself from beginners. Low number of high % submissions (armbar, straight ankle lock, maybe something more). Everybody went for kimuras and guilliotines at some point but had very little success. Anacondas and darces – some way messed up most of the time. I don’t remember any RNC submissions. Nobody knew sweeps. Everybody was afraid of shooting takedowns.
